apt-get has a --arch-only flags which makes possible to satisfy
build-depends for arch-only builds, i.e. ignoring Build-Depends-Indep
and Build-Conflicts-Indep.
APT 1.4~beta1 added support for Build-Depends-Arch and
Build-Conflicts-Arch, which makes --arch-only even more useful.
Now I'd like to also have a --indep-only flag to satisfy dependencies
for arch-indep only builds, i.e. ignoring Build-Depends-Indep and
Build-Conflicts-Indep.
