Hi,

PDiffs gives a much higher download saving for Contents files than
Packages files. Furthermore with apt's recent improvements of PDiffs,
the cost are also a lot smaller than they used to be.

At this date, I suspect the vast majority will have faster downloads
with Contents file using PDiffs rather than downloading the full
Contents files each time. Your mileage is apparently different.

Thanks,
~Niels
