Awesome. This sounds promising and it would be great to see this issue fixed.

Here is a sample of an original URL:

http://akamai.bintray.com/92/92b7f3eba0a62b20eced2eae03ec2a5e382da4b044c38c20d2902393683c77f7?__gda__=exp=1458638443~hmac=6f5a0b926a1269a8b3360019dc2ba951f0d6046dd91d5eec9fd888a1c85e1ada&response-content-disposition=attachment;filename="prod_12.2-1_amd64.deb"&response-content-type=application/x-debian-package

And its expected, encoded Location value:

http://akamai.bintray.com/92/92b7f3eba0a62b20eced2eae03ec2a5e382da4b044c38c20d2902393683c77f7?__gda__=exp=1458638443~hmac=6f5a0b926a1269a8b3360019dc2ba951f0d6046dd91d5eec9fd888a1c85e1ada&response-content-disposition=attachment%3Bfilename%3D%22prod_12.2-1_amd64.deb%22&response-content-type=application%2Fx-debian-package
