Package: apt Severity: wishlist AFAIK currently the only option to automatically (i.e. no user interaction) downgrade a package is to pass --force-yes to apt. But this has the undesired side effect of allowing unauthenticated packages. So it would be nice to have a separate options to allow downgrades.
