We'd prefer to automatically clean up things instead of adding
a clean sub command to the apt command. So after an install,
remove all installed packages.

It's not the purpose of the apt command to replace the other
tools, it exists as a complementary, higher level, interface
for users who do not want to worry about more low level stuff.
