Bug#801724: apt: stuck progress meter
Package: apt
Version: 1.1~exp13
$ apt-get download libreoffice-core
Get:1 http://ftp.debian.org/debian unstable/main i386 libreoffice-core i386 1:5.0.3~rc1-1 [29.7 MB]
0% [1 libreoffice-core 65.2 kB/29.7 MB 0%]
It's been like that for a few minutes, even though it actually
downloaded a few megabytes.
It happens every time, also with apt(-get) upgrade.
