Bug#194272: marked as done ([libapt-pkg] May display wrong release name when more than one release contains the same version)

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.

If you enter a command such as

apt-get -s -t stable install bug
 
It erroneously announces that it'll install from testing (assuming
testing is in sources.list).

If you omit the -s however, it (correctly) installs from stable.

I am going to assume that what is meant is that same version of the
package is in two releases.

In this case in recent versions of apt the simulation shows:
Inst foo (2.9.2 Debian:testing, Debian:unstable [amd64])
aka: multiple releases.

The download will use the first source it is available from as it is
defined in sources.list, so what is shown there is orderdependent and
can be picked by the user.


I am therefore closing this bug as fixed.
