Package: apt
Version: 1.0.1
Severity: normal

The following works in 0.8.16~exp12 but fails in 1.0.1 and later:

mrvn@frosties:~% sudo apt-get install -y -- acl
E: Command line option 'y' [from -y] is not known.

The trigger for this is the "--". Please bring support for "--" back.
