This is a suggestion for the user to check and decide. If you need one
of the packages mentioned mark it as manual installed (e.g. apt-mark or
just apt-get install it) and apt will keep a note about your decision
and no longer suggest the remove (as well as everything which is
a dependency of it).

Or, well, you could ignore the message as it is just a suggestion.


In either case, this is not a bug but a feature, hence closing.
