After using apt-cdrom add; the optical disk cannot be ejected since it is mounted. This happens even when explicitly asking not to mount:

By now we have a testcase which works with a 'faked' cdrom and does various
things with it, which can't be mounted for real and hence uses -m all the time.
So if it would mount, it would be fail hard – at the same time I remember
changing various things related to mounting before this testcase was completed,
so I consider this bug as fixed in the meantime and hence close it. If you can
still reproduce it feel free to reopen of course!
