APT has lines like

Need to get 1634kB/1636kB of archives.

all over. The "kB" is somehow camel-cased. First, Kilo should be
capitalised (the metric system capitalises all modifiers > 1, and
all modifiers < 1 are lower-case), and second, there is no reason
why "Bytes" should be capitalised.

Please change that to "Kb" whenever is convenient for you.

Lower case k and upper case B is the most correct way to do
this, as the k means kilo, which is lower-case; and the B mean
bytes which is upper case to avoid confusion with bits, and is
the historic standard for MB and friends.
