apt-get moo displays a cow.  apt-get moo -v displays something else.  I would
think that -v is an option, not a command.  I think moo would be the command,
and should always display a cow.

Also, it doesn't matter what order the 2 arguments are given in.

ps: This bug was based on aptitude moo -v{0,6}.

Thanks for your bug report, but -v always shows the version number. Sorry.

Other applications do the same, BTW, although it's mostly called -V there.
