When I use apt-get upgrade -y it install upgrades good.
When I put this command in crontab it just downloading file.

upgraded.                                                               
Need to get 0B/408kB of

After unpacking 4096B of additional disk space will be used.   

And over. When I check system again everething is the same. I still need
upgrade the same files.

Unreproducible, no response for 7 years, so probably fixed in the
meantime… closing hence, feel free to reopen if still reproducible!
