Bug#776790: apt: Please document APT::Never-MarkAuto-Sections in apt.conf(5)
Package: apt
Version: 1.0.9.6
Severity: minor
Dear APT Maintainer,
APT::Never-MarkAuto-Sections obviously has quite some unexpected impact
on apt-get's and aptitude's behaviour (see e.g.
https://bugs.debian.org/776785 and
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=756816#27), but so far
it's only documented in /usr/share/doc/apt/examples/configure-index.gz
Please document APT::Never-MarkAuto-Sections also in the man page
apt.conf(5) and refer to /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/01autoremove as file to
edit.
