Bug#745354: detailed description

Sorry, I thought I had added some more information, but it seems that I presset the wong key so that they aren't saved. You gesset correctly that this is my first bug report oat bugs.debian.org. Here's a more detailed description of the bug:

I've got an error while running "apt-get update" ("aptitude update" is similar). It says that an cdrom could not be found which is the installation cd I had inserted. I tried twice to follow the error and add the cd using "apt-cdrom" (without errors), but this doesn't fixed the problem. The output is this:
