Bug#738326: Confirmed: cache issue with live-build

Control: reassign -1 live-build
Control: found -1 live-build/3.0.5-1

I have confirmed that with the same list on a clean tree (i.e. rechecked
out and built from scratch) that this issue does not occur.  It appears
that 'lb clean' is insufficient when changing the package lists.
