Hi,

I tried today to get the changelog for the keystone package, at a time
where the changelog wasn't yet available on packages.debian.org, and it
seems that apt-get tried to get it from my local mirror:

This is transient since now the changelog has appeared on p.d.o, but still,
mirror are not supposed to have the changelog anyway, afaict, so there's no
point checking them.

This transient error should only be possible on unstable (and experimental).
The main source for changelogs is the "official" location for Debian, but if
we can't get it from there we try the source the package comes from: This
way we can support packages from third-party archives which might have
changelogs (some really do, I e.g. think reprepro has an option for it).


So closed as not-a-bug-but-a-feature.
