Bug#673294: apt: SYNOPSIS in man pages no longer translated

So I understand you correctly that SYNOPSIS will be translated again
in the future, just more easily? That's great!

No problem. It just would be kind if you could announce a date for
translators, at least the most active ones can cope with getting their
act together. 

(And probably a translation update can be done even after the freeze
started).
