       --no-upgrade
           Kein Upgrade von Paketen durchführen; Wenn es zusammen
           mit install benutzt wird, wird no-upgrade auf der
           Befehlszeile ein Upgrade von Paketen verhindern, wenn sie
           bereits installiert sind. Konfigurationselement:
           APT::Get::Upgrade.

       --only-upgrade

Obviously only the option itself and it's Configuration Item differ.
I would provide a translation if the english manpage wouldn't have
almost the same bug.
