Bug#669283: Error with apt-get dist-upgrade (Internal error: APT::pkgPackageManager::MaxLoopCount reached in SmartConfigure for grep:powerpc, aborting)

I can't do daily dist-upgrade today, it says "Internal Error" after
downloading a lot of packages:
