This is important for apt-listbugs: I haven't upgraded the apt package
to 0.9.0 because of the warning. But users who upgrade aptitude and
install libapt-pkg4.12 (because of the dependency) will not get this
warning, though they will be affected by this bug if the buggy version
is installed (the fact that the bug is fixed doesn't completely solve
the problem until all the mirrors are up-to-date).
