Bug#601961: apt: wrongly thinks install-info is essential - backport fix to stable?

Properly easy to backport (can't remember the details now through),
but given that it is "just" piuparts, can't --force-yes be used?
It's just the output which is wrong and i guess you don't
check the output of apt-get -- or do you?
