Translation-en is still a translation of a short to a long description,
so the name isn't wrong. Either way, it's not APTs job to discuss the rename
of these files. As ftpmaster provide them ask them to rename it, but given
that this requires a lot of changes to a lot of software for practically no
gain, i am not sure why they should do that…
