Fixed by switching the code from debian.debfile.DebFile to apt_pkg.DebFile. While this code is probably not used very often, releasing with this bug would be bad. I also updated documentation. With regards to the version jump: The last versions were alpha/beta/RCs of 0.7.100. Compared to the version in testing, this version only fixes bugs and brings updates for (developer-)documentation and translations.
