Wouldn't it make more sense to have

DefaultPin: 100

Or do you want to invent a new tag for every pin value that might be
usefull for an archive to set?


In combination with this (or in place of this) the pin should also be
settable in sources.list:

deb [pin=100] http://backports.debian.org/debian squeeze main
