Hmm. I have since purged the package to make the problem go away --
reinstalling it makes the problem appear again, though:
W: Internal error, group 'snmp-mibs-downloader' has no installable
pseudo package
So the problem is probably not related to obsolete and/or uninstalled
packages, but somewhere else; sorry for the confusion.
