Bug#578020: apt-get: --fix-policy not documented

Note that the "automatic fashion" currently installs the recommends
for ALL packages. We have no way to express "fix the policy only for
package A". (Should be changed, but looks non-trivial at first glance

The channel is pretty lowtraffic - as well the list or even bugreport
responses - simply by the fact that the active member count of
the APT team is… lets say: … low.
