This looks very similar to reports of old apt versions, like #351056, > except I use the current testing/squeeze version. 4:4.6.2-1 entries should be a single entry normally. If you have modified and rebuild the local package, change the version number to e.g. 4:4.6.2-1shze1 and it may work. If two packages have the same version number, they should be completely equal; having two different packages with the same version number is not really supported.
