Maybe downgrading it to a suggests for 0.7.93.4 and after 0.7.93.4 has
migrated to testing, moving the documentation into python-apt-doc; to
not delay (in case ftpmaster is slow) the migration of our reverse
dependencies which are updated against the new API and thus require a
new version not currently in unstable.
