Bug#567669: fixed in apt 0.7.26~exp1 but there were typo

I have no problem with your assessment.  I understand your point too.  
I am OK with the intent of the current text.

I did not catch this.  Let's keep this text as understandabale as
possible.

PS: This lenny to squeeze is most bumpiest for me.  I had several
unbootable system situations which needed booting from other root
system.  That is more to do with quality of packages in unstable as you
say.  But when unprepared people use preference, the breakage get worse.
