Bug#561522: apt: term.log file incomplete.

Hi,

It seems the file /var/log/apt/term.log file is not always
completly written.  I have several cases where the "Log ended"
part is not on it's own line, like:
Errors were encountered while processing:
[...]
 xserver-xorg-video-apm
 xserver-xorg-input-evdev
 xserveLog ended: 2009-12-17  19:18:33

I think it should have ended like:
 xserver-xorg-input-synaptics
 xserver-xorg-input-wacom
 xserver-xorg-input-all
 xserver-xorg-input-mouse
 xserver-xorg-input-kbd
Log ended ...

I also have an other case where I think I'm missing several
hunderd lines of output when I compare it to the dpkg.log file,
and it doesn't even have the "Log ended" part.  (It's a rotated
term.log file.)
