Memory leaks in apt

Hi,

in addition to the memory leak fixed in revision 1789, there is also
a problem with _config not being deleted when the programs exit,
which causes a small memory leak according to valgrind.

I just want to ask whether this is a bug in apt-pkg or in the
applications, I guess it is the latter one. Should this be fixed?
