Bug#499379: 'Hash sum mismatch' error on security
I'm getting, since we updated the production server and the development
server to lenny, these errors:
W: Failed to fetch
http://security.debian.org/dists/lenny/updates/main/binary-i386/Packages.bz2
Hash Sum mismatch
E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old
ones used instead.
Changing lenny to stable fixed the problem, but only for a couple of
days. We are behind a squid proxy as well.
The strange thing is that if a configured one server with lenny in
source.list and stable in the source.list of the other, one works and
the other doesn't (don't know why yet).
It only happens with updated from security.
Production and development servers have apt: 0.7.20.2+lenny1
