Bug#431637: "E: Unable to find a source package for foo"

Hello,

I can reproduce the bug using squeeze.

As suggested, disabling the ' APT::Default-Release "testing"; ' option
"solved" the problem.

In my case the package (doxygen) was not binNMUd. So I am not sure the
problem is linked with a binNMU.

I can genearted traces if requested (and explained how to generate them).
