I think it's too early to set up 'pending' tag, because no full fix is prepared (it's only started), and therefore nothing is waiting for upload. With a previous discussions with Michael, we decided to to set up tag 'fixed-upstream' for bugs that have full fix in some branch. For now, some appropriate action is set up yourself as owner for the bug. Objections? -- Eugene V.
