Bug#353290: apt-errors in lenny/testing

If the dist-upgrade updated it before the rest of the packages, then
yes. However, I noticed after clearing out my /var/lib/apt/lists, and
running apt-get update/dist-upgrade, that it was going to update apt,
so I installed it explicitely:
dpkg -i /var/cache/apt/archives/apt_0.7.19+b1_i386.deb
and I think things are now proceeding, although slowly.
