Hello.

No, it's not related. This warning most probably means the Release file has
inappropriate distribution entry, because (stable-proposed-updates !=
etch-proposed-updates) in general. You may want set

http://ftp.rediris.es etch-proposed-updates

in your sources.list to get rid of this warning.

And I failed to see bug in apt here (if you want to use
"stable-proposed-updates", server's Release file need to be fixed), so I'm
going to close this bug until you prove.
