You can try 'dpkg -i /var/cache/apt/archives/aria2_<...>.deb', if you have old
version of package in your apt cache. Also you can try snapshots.debian.net
archive to find older versions of package and install it with 'dpkg -i' just
to test.

Anyway, until info mentioned above is provided, we cannot investigate this bug
(if it's a bug).
