Hello Esteban!

Thanks for submitting this report. Despite this patch seems as non-intrusive and almost
harmless, I see no particular usefulness of this option. Upgrades are usually done for
achieving two non-competitive things - new functional and bug fixes. Upgrading because new
package takes less disk space than previous version... is merely funny :) And I am not
very happy with proposed command name, it is quite confusing.

This patch probably will wait for some APT developer that likes it more than I.
