HTTP-Downloads are to be done via an proxy-server (which uses tinyproxy).

Downloading mutliple packages does result in an loop and apt-get does
download the first file over and over again:

 apt-get dist-upgrade

I did install 0.7.10 on Lenny manually 0.7.9 does the same.
