I think that is a good idea to include it, its small and harmless (and
tested) and if we default to "false" nothing will change. 

I think it would be good to have a new switch for this as well
"--build-dep-automatic" (or somesuch). Something that is easier to
remember than "-o Apt::Get::Build-Dep-Automatic=True" :)
