Version: 0.7.17~exp4 Hi Mathias, thanks for reporting this. Apt, starting with 0.7.17~exp4, have 'Suggests' on python-apt. We did not used 'Depends' and 'Recommends' because we don't want pulling python stuff for the base system. Apt-mark is rarely used (though useful) script with ability to say that have to be installed to work. -- Eugene V.
