Free free to bug a report against 'bugs.debian.org' pseudopackage.

You probably know that apt is been developing by more than one man, and there
is huge amount of changes since you have reported a bug. That's why I asked
before.

Lastly, it seems that this bug is clone of bug #374195, so merged them.
