Package: apt-utils
Version : 0.5.4

The CD building scripts (debian-cd) will automatically install
packages with priority standard, required, important or packages in
section base. The apt-utils package in Woody do not fit into any of
these categories. The section is admin and the priority is optional.

I suggest changing the priority or the section of apt-utils to make
sure it is installed by default on the first CD.

I assume this bug can be closed, because debconf recommends apt-utils now.
As usually, reopen if any objections exist.
