Bug#204818: missing documentation on objects and attributes

Please, pretty please, add some documentation :)

I'm digging with python-apt for some scripts, and I find really
difficult to identify the right methods to use...

Looking at the source code is not an option, and even the examples
lack *a lot* of comments ;) doc strings would be a plus
