Bug#489897: apt: [apt-get] 100 messages of 'Processing triggers for man-db' on upgrade

Package: apt
Version: 0.7.14+b1
Severity: normal

Upon "apt-get upgrade" when 300 packages are being processed on PII/90Mhz
numerous messages like:

	 Processing triggers for man-db

are being shown. This looks like inffecient use of the man-db. It is making
upgrades slower than before.

SUGGESTION

a) Please postpone updating man-db after all the packages have been upgraded

OR

b) offer option to bypass this man-db trigger and give intructions
in manual page (next to the new command line option in manaual page)
how user can run the man-db update manually.
