Bug#488147: [apt] tesseract-ocr do not depend by tesseract-ocr-deu but install it

tesseract-ocr-language is a virtual package provided by, amongst others,
tesseract-ocr-deu. If you don't have any packages satisfying that
dependency installed at the point you install tesseract-ocr, apt will
select one for you.

Did you install another language pack between installing tesseract-ocr
and removing -deu? If I try removing -deu immediately after installing
the main package then apt prompts me to remove both.
