apt bzr repository vanished?

  I tried to check what was going on in the apt bzr repository, and I
got this message:

daniel@alpaca:~/src/apt/apt-debian-sid$ bzr pull
Using saved location: http://bzr.debian.org/apt/debian-sid/
bzr: ERROR: Transport error: Server refuses to fullfil the request 

  I can pull fine if I explicitly use sftp, but obviously this won't
work for people without Alioth accounts.

  Does anyone know what's going on with the http server?  If I point a
Web browser at http://bzr.debian.org, everything looks fine until I get
into /bzr/apt/debian-sid, which appears to be an empty directory.
