Bug#64141: apt-get vs. aptitude

For the record, aptitude doesn't exhibit this behavior:

corsac@hidalgo: sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Calculating upgrade... Done
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  libmysqlclient15off mysql-common
The following packages have been kept back:
  libaprutil1
0 upgraded, 2 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.
Need to get 1959kB of archives.
After this operation, 4555kB of additional disk space will be used.
Do you want to continue [Y/n]? ^C

corsac@hidalgo: sudo aptitude full-upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree

Reading extended state information

No packages will be installed, upgraded, or removed.
