suggestion: sound "bell" at each package-specific dialog/warning

Dear APT Development Team,

When apt is running an upgrade or multiple new package installs, this
process stops when human intervention is required for a given package
- BUT NO AUDIBLE PROMPT is issued to summon the indispensable human
back to the console.

This either forces the human to stare at the screen, or allows him/her
believe that the process is progressing - even when it is not.

Would it be possible to optionally trigger audible and very visible
operator prompts (local and remote bell/speaker, flashing screen)
whenever a dialog or warning appears?
